Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT BRAVURAA DOES

What does Bravuraa actually do?

Bravuraa installs operating systems into service businesses. We build five core systems: decision rights and authority structures, execution cadence, workflow documentation, performance reporting, and quarterly planning. Every system is built to your specific business and handed off to your team at close. You run what we built.

What is the difference between what you do and consulting?

Consultants assess, recommend, and exit. The deliverable is a report or a set of recommendations. Bravuraa builds. The deliverable is a running system your team owns. We do not hand you a document and leave. We install infrastructure and hand it off operationally ready.

What is the difference between what you do and business coaching?

Coaching develops the person. Bravuraa builds the infrastructure the person runs. If you have a business coach, that does not disqualify you. Most of our best-fit clients already have a coach or a peer group. What they do not have is someone who goes inside the operation and builds the systems that make everyone else's advice executable. That is the gap we close.

Do you work with AI tools or help me implement technology?

AI amplifies what is already there. If your operations are not structured, AI adds complexity, not efficiency. Bravuraa installs the operational foundation first. Once the systems are built and running, AI has something real to work with. We bring 20 years of tech experience to every engagement and can advise on where AI fits inside the infrastructure we build.

Do you require us to adopt a specific framework like EOS or another methodology?

No. We build to your business. If you are already running a framework, we work inside it. If you are not, we do not require you to adopt one. The five systems we install are methodology-agnostic. They work with what you already have.

WHO BRAVURAA WORKS WITH

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Service businesses with established teams and consistent revenue in the $750K to $3M+ range. The right client has traction, has a team in place, and is experiencing the operational drag that comes when a business outgrows how it has been running. This is not for early-stage founders still figuring out product-market fit.

How do you determine if there is a fit?

Every engagement starts with the free Stability Diagnostic. Your results give us a clear picture of where the gaps are. From there, you complete a short qualification form and book a 20-minute call. That call is where fit is confirmed. We look at your revenue, your team, your operational gaps, and whether leadership is ready to implement and protect new systems. If the fit is not there, we say so directly on the call.

What does leadership readiness mean and why does it matter?

Leadership readiness means the owner or leader is prepared to back the change, hold the team accountable to the new systems, and protect the infrastructure after handoff. Without it, the systems we install will erode. This is not a caveat. It is a real filter. Bravuraa does not take engagements where we cannot see that readiness in place.

I already have a business coach and a CEO peer group. Do I still need Bravuraa?

Coaches give strategy. Peer groups give accountability. Neither one goes inside your operations and builds the systems that make growth actually executable. If you are getting good advice but the business is not running at the level that advice requires, that is the gap Bravuraa closes.

THE STABILITY DIAGNOSTIC

What is the free Stability Diagnostic?

It is a 20-question self-assessment built on the five systems Bravuraa installs. It takes about five minutes. Your results show an overall score from 20 to 100 and a breakdown across five categories: decision-making, people and roles, execution and follow-through, visibility and reporting, and growth readiness. Results are immediate.

What is the difference between the free Stability Diagnostic and the paid one?

The free diagnostic is self-reported. It is a condensed version of the full assessment and gives you a directional read on where your operations stand. The paid Stability Diagnostic is a structured, Bravuraa-led engagement. We go deeper into each of the five areas with your specific business as the subject. You leave with written findings and a defined path forward. It takes approximately two weeks and is the right next step if your free results identify real gaps and you want a complete map before committing to a Sprint.

Do I have to take the Stability Diagnostic before booking a call?

You do not have to, but it makes the 20 minutes more useful. Your results give us a starting point for the conversation so we are not spending the first ten minutes orienting. If you book without completing the diagnostic, we will ask you to complete it before the call.

THE 90-DAY SPRINT

What happens during the 90-Day Sprint?

We install the five core operational systems into your business. Decision rights and authority structures, execution cadence, workflow documentation, performance reporting, and quarterly planning. Every system is built to your team, not adapted from a template. At the close of 90 days, we hand off the full infrastructure with documentation and team orientation. Thirty days after handoff, we do a check-in to confirm the team is running the system and surface any gaps before they compound.

What does the handoff look like?

At close, your team receives full documentation for every system we built, a team orientation session covering how each system runs and who owns what, and clarity on what to do when something breaks or needs to be updated. The goal is that the team can run everything we built without Bravuraa in the room.

What happens after the Sprint?

You run the system. Thirty days after handoff, we do an implementation check-in to make sure everything is holding. If you want continued operational support after that, the Operator Advisory engagement is available at $4,000 per month. It is month-to-month with a defined scope and check-in cadence.

How involved do we need to be during the Sprint?

Engaged but not consumed. We need access to the right people and honest information about how the business currently runs. You will have regular working sessions with Bravuraa throughout the 90 days. The work is direct and moves quickly. Clients who get the most out of the Sprint are the ones who show up prepared and make decisions without delay.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

What does each engagement cost?

The free Stability Diagnostic has no cost. The paid Stability Diagnostic is $2,500 to $3,500 depending on scope. The 90-Day Stability Sprint is $10,000. Operator Advisory is $4,000 per month. The 1:1 coaching packages start at $975 for six sessions.

Are there payment plans?

Payment structure is discussed during the qualification call and confirmed before work begins. Every engagement starts with a defined scope and agreed terms.

What is your refund policy?

Bravuraa engagements are professional service agreements. Terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Questions about payment terms are best addressed on the qualification call so expectations are clear on both sides before any commitment is made.

WORKING WITH OTISSA

Who does the work?

Otissa leads every engagement directly. There are no junior handoffs, no account managers between you and the work, and no subcontracted delivery. When you engage Bravuraa, you are working with Otissa throughout.

How many clients do you work with at a time?

A limited number. Bravuraa is intentionally low volume. The work requires direct engagement and depth that does not scale across a large client roster. This is part of how we protect the quality of every engagement.

Do you work with businesses outside of California?

Yes. Bravuraa engagements are conducted virtually. Location is not a constraint.

What if we are not ready for a Sprint right now?

Start with the free Stability Diagnostic. Your results will tell you where you stand and what the gaps are. If a Sprint is premature, the paid Stability Diagnostic may be the right first step. If the timing is not right at all, that will be clear from the qualification call and we will tell you directly.

Stability first. Then scale.
