Bravuraa installs operating infrastructure into service businesses.
Growing service businesses reach a point where the way they have been running stops working. Decisions slow down. Execution becomes inconsistent. The owner ends up in the middle of everything.
Bravuraa was built to close that gap. We install five core operational systems, hand them off to the client's team, and exit. The client runs what we built. That is what we mean by installation, not advice.

THE FOUNDER
Otissa
Twenty years in tech: the dot-com era through SaaS and AI. Otissa was on the inside of two companies on the path to going public, NetZero in product marketing and BlackLine in operations. She led marketing at Jema, an AI startup.
That background is where her understanding of operational infrastructure comes from. She has seen what the inside of a company that scales actually looks like, and she has seen what breaks when the infrastructure is not built.
She built Bravuraa to bring that infrastructure to service businesses that are ready for it.

Bravuraa works with a limited number of clients at any time. Every engagement is direct. There are no junior handoffs.
Fit is assessed before every engagement begins. Leadership readiness is a requirement. If the fit is not there, we say so.
