WHAT COACHING IS
A structured thinking partnership. Not a course. Not a program.
These are 1:1 sessions built around your specific situation. Each session is 60 minutes. You bring what you are working through. We work through it together. You leave with more clarity and a defined next step than you came in with.
Otissa brings 20 years of tech and business experience to every session, including direct experience navigating the transition from corporate to entrepreneurship. The work is practical and direct.

For early-stage founders and people transitioning out of corporate who have an idea and need help figuring out whether it is a business, what it actually is, and what to do next.
What we work through across six sessions:
What your business actually is and what it is not
Whether there is a real market for it
Who your customer is and why they would pay
What your offer looks like and how to talk about it
Whether you are ready to form the business or need more groundwork first
What your next 90 days should look like
This is for you if you have an idea that will not leave you alone and you are ready to get serious about it. You may be coming out of corporate. You may have been testing the idea informally. Either way, you are done sitting on it.
HOW IT WORKS
Six sessions. Scheduled at your pace. Completed within 90 days.
All six sessions are scheduled at the time of purchase. Sessions are 60 minutes each. Minimum two sessions per month. All six must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
This structure is intentional. It is built for people who are ready to move, not people who are still thinking about it.
